What does a typical yacht charter include?
Each charter comes with an experienced crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel for the journey, and a selection of basic refreshments. Depending on the package—sunset excursions come with premium snacks and refreshments, while business charters provide meeting facilities and suitable catering services.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure your preferred dates, we suggest booking your charter 2–3 weeks prior, or even earlier during our high-demand period (May–September). For corporate gatherings or private festivities, we advise reserving 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and to provide time to tailor our offerings to your event.
What if the weather turns bad?
Your safety is our highest concern. Should our captain find the weather conditions to be unsafe, we'll suggest a rescheduling to a subsequent available slot or issue a complete refund. We keep a close eye on the forecast and will reach out to you with a 24-hour notice if there's any cause for concern.
Is it permissible to bring my own food and drinks?
Indeed, you may bring your own provisions. Alternatively, we offer exceptional catering services that can be personalized to suit your taste preferences. We must note that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed onboard.
Can guests with mobility challenges access your yachts?
We aim to accommodate all guests aboard. Although accessibility might differ from vessel to vessel, please discuss your specific needs with us upon reservation, and we'll guide you to the most appropriate choice and take steps to provide any additional support required.
What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, doing so 72 hours or more ahead of your departure date will result in a full refund. If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours prior, a 50% refund is granted. Cancellations that occur less than 24 hours ahead are non-refundable, except in the case of unsuitable weather or mechanical issues on our part.
